nosework is a sport where dogs search for essential oils, it mimics other scent detection work done by dogs.​

Similar to LGRA but the track is roughly oval and can vary in length from under 300yrds to over 400yrds.

Lure coursing is a functional test for sighthounds that simulates hunting, using a plastic bags on a pully system.  The Courses are usually 600-1000 yards long.

Currently UKC is the only venue for Silkens to earn Conformation and obedience titles.  UKC shows are available in USA and Canada.

Large Gazehound Racing Association

Similar to lure coursing, on a straight 200yrd track.  Dogs race against each other and must wear a jacket and be muzzled.
